RSCARBON will determine if the issue is a manufacturing defect

shipping damage is not a manufacturing defect.

upon qualifying the issue as a manufacturing defect RSCARBON will replace the defective parts Client must contact RSCARBON and receive a new order for the replacement parts.

Shipping costs of the replacement part will be responsability of RSCARBON.
